Information visualization is the practice of representing data in a meaningful, visual way that users can interpret and easily comprehend. This includes data visualizations and dashboards. Information visualization is an effective way to share insights in a digestible format for non-experts.


Since the emergence of data storage in the library which help them Provide people with access to the data and  information they need to work, Interact with, play, learn, and govern. It becomes a matter of importance to understand the cruciality of having a data visualization skills to help project and  attend to  the need of it user.


Data visualization is the presentation of data in a pictorial or graphical format. It enables decision makers to see analyticspresented visually, so they can grasp difficult concepts or identify new patterns. With interactive visualization, you can take the concept a step further by using technology to drill down into charts and graphs for more detail, interactively changing what data you see and how it’s processed.


Library being a gateway to knowledge and culture, libraries play a fundamental role in society. The resources and services they offer create opportunities for learning, support literacy and education, and help shape the new ideas and perspectives that are central to a creative and innovative society.


Specifically, data visualization uses visual data to communicate information in a manner that is universal, fast, and effective. This practice can help project the library services towards its community by helping companies and Organizations in it community in identify which areas need to be improved, which factors affect customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and what to do with specific products (where should they go and who should they be sold to). 

It helps increase the number of it library users and create a need of them in this civilized world of technology:

Visualized data gives stakeholders, business owners, and decision-makers a better prediction of sales volumes and future growth. 


We need data visualization skill in the library because the human brain is not well equipped to devour so much raw, unorganized information and turn it into something usable and understandable. The library need graphs and charts to communicate data findings so that it Users can identify patterns and trends to gain insight and make better decisions faster. 


This can also enhance partnership between the library and industries...
